Shipping Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that personalised jewellery may require additional processing time.
If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, the shipment may be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered first.
In some cases, if you order personalised or gold jewellery along with other items, deliveries may arrive separately.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above ₹449. Free shipping is not applicable on international orders or returns.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return window for unused and unworn items. The 30-day return policy does not apply to: Personalised jewellery, Perfumes, Candles, Coins, Utensils, and god idols.
Returns for the above items are accepted only in case of defective or incorrect products. All returned items are subject to quality inspection before approval. Any shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable. If the product was purchased from a third-party seller or platform, their return policy will apply.
Missing Items in Returns: If multiple products are marked for return but all items are not handed over during pickup, we reserve the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing item from the refund. This also applies to: Free gifts, Promotional items, Silver coins
Refund Policy: Refunds are initiated after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection. Refunds will be processed based on the original invoice value, Prices at the time of purchase. Current prices or later discounts will not be considered.
Replacement & Exchange: You may request a replacement or exchange instead of a refund. The same conditions that apply to returns will apply here as well. Replacement products will be shipped only after the original item is picked up or received, especially in the case of gold jewellery.
How to Initiate a Return
You can start a return request by:
- Submitting a request on our website
- Contacting our Customer Support team
After booking the return, please ensure:
- You are available for the reverse pickup
- You respond to calls from the delivery partner
If pickup attempts fail due to unavailability, the return request may be cancelled and will need to be re-initiated, which can extend the timeline.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: While most pin codes support both forward and reverse pickup, some locations may not support reverse pickup.
In such cases:
- You may be asked to ship the product using an alternate courier (e.g., India Post)
- We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹70
If return shipping costs exceed ₹70, the excess amount will be adjusted against the refund. For non-serviceable locations, customers are responsible for returning the product and will receive ₹70 as shipping reimbursement with the refund.
Empty or Missing Parcel: If you receive an empty package or a missing product, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unboxing video is required to process such claims. Requests without sufficient proof or with visible signs of package tampering may not be approved. The brand reserves the right to take the final decision in such cases.
